Exercise and movement that creates focus will quiet the mind, move energy through the body, and decrease stress levels.

Meditation can come in many different forms.  I find joy in being very active and have discovered that moving my body and breaking a good sweat places my mind in a calm receptive state where ideas and creativity flow easily.

Meditation isn’t all just lying flat and ohms (though those are awesome too!)  Just like nutrition and exercise, meditation is a very personal thing. You have to find whatever works best for your own mind, body and soul to raise your vibration and reach a place of peace.

️When it comes to focusing my mind, a few of my top favorites are:

  • Quick high intensity interval workouts  

  • HOT yoga 

  • Hiking outside surrounded by beautiful nature

  • Playing in the sun with my feet in the sand

  • Dancing like crazy to my favorite music

When I recently went to Santa Monica beach, my friend taught me how to work with this tribal spear and it QUICKLY got my mind into a focused calm place, completely in the moment and enjoying learning something new. There are a million ways out there, just search and you will find!
